What the space looks like

A walkthrough of what we build at your venue, zone by zone.

We're new, and we'd rather say so

There For You is launching in the National Capital Region, so we don't yet have photographs from our own events — and we won't use stock images of other people's children to suggest otherwise. Below is a written walkthrough of exactly what we set up. Real photography will appear here as soon as we have it, with every family's written consent.

The activity table

Craft supplies, colouring, and age-sorted kits laid out before the first child arrives. Everything is checked for age-appropriateness and choking hazards.

The movie lounge

Floor cushions, soft blankets, and individual headphones so a film never competes with the reception next door.

The quiet corner

Every setup includes a low-stimulation space. Some children need to opt out of the group for a while, and that's planned for, not improvised.

Sleep pods

Included with Platinum: proper bedding and sound zoning so infants and early bedtimes are respected while older children keep playing.

Check-in station

Wristbands, the child roster, and profile review happen here. Parents meet the caregiver looking after their child before they hand over.

Themed styling

Décor matched to your event palette, so the children's room reads as part of the design rather than a folding table in a spare room.

Want to see how this would work in your specific venue? We'll walk the space with your coordinator and map it out.

Let's talk about your event

Tell us your date, venue, and how many children you're expecting. We'll come back within one business day with a tailored quote.
