The space
A private, ideally lockable room with washroom access. Roughly 30 square feet per child — so about 300 square feet for ten children. Natural light is a bonus, not a requirement.
How It Works
From enquiry to pack-down
Six stages, and you're only actively involved in the first three. Here is exactly what happens and when.
Step one
Ideally 6–8 weeks before
Send us your details
Fill in the enquiry form with your date, venue, and roughly how many children you expect and their ages. Two minutes is enough — we'll come back with questions if we need them.

Within a few days
Consultation & quote
A short call or email exchange to understand your timeline and the ages involved. We then send a written quote with the recommended team size, hours, and any add-ons.
- Ratios and staffing explained line by line
- Optional venue walkthrough with your coordinator
- Certificate of insurance for your venue on request
Step three
After you book
Confirm & plan
A signed service agreement and deposit hold your date. You then complete a profile for each child, and we build the activity plan around your event schedule.
- Child profiles: allergies, medications, emergency contacts
- Photography consent, opt-in and per child
- Activity programming matched to your timeline
Step four
60–90 minutes before guests
Event day setup
Our team arrives early, sets up the lounge, reviews exits and first-aid placement with the venue, and is ready before the first family arrives.
- Full setup: play zones, activity stations, quiet corner
- Lead caregiver reviews every child profile before check-in
- Wristbands prepared and matched to the roster
Step five
Throughout your event
Check-in & care
Parents check children in, meet the caregivers, and confirm who's authorized for pickup. Then they go and enjoy the event, dropping by whenever they like.
- Structured activities, meals, and quiet time
- Scheduled headcounts logged against the roster
- Parents contacted immediately for anything more than a scrape
Step six
End of your booking
Pickup & pack down
Children are released only to the adults you authorized, verified against their wristband. We then strike the space completely and leave the room as we found it.
- ID checked for anyone we don't recognise
- Full cleanup — nothing left for your venue to handle
- A short follow-up note on how the evening went
Logistics
What we need from your venue
Most venues in the region already work. If yours is unusual, tell us and we'll figure it out.
Access & power
Load-in access 60–90 minutes before guests arrive, and at least one power outlet. We bring everything else, including all activity equipment and furnishings.
Outdoor & tented
We work outdoor and tented sites regularly, with a mandatory weather contingency agreed in advance. Ontario evenings turn cold quickly — we plan for it.
